MEET THE STAFF
Coach Todd Hollins
A seasoned baseball and softball coach with over 30 years of experience in coaching and scouting across all levels, from beginners to professional athletes. Known for his dedication to player development and strategic acumen, Todd has worked extensively with elite travel ball teams and high school and collegiate programs, guiding numerous players to success on the field.
Since 1995, Todd has been the head coach of the San Diego Gamers, where he has helped shape young athletes in competitive travel ball. He served as the Head Coach and Board President of the SoCal Panthers from 2016 to 2018, leading their nationally ranked 10U Majors team to a Perfect Game championship title in Jupiter, Florida. In 2020-2021, he continued to influence travel ball as a coach for the Hitters Count Travel Ball Team.
Beyond travel ball, Todd has also impacted high school and college-level softball programs. He served as the Varsity Head Softball Coach at Temecula Valley High School from 2017 to 2018, where he was known for his motivational coaching style and tactical expertise. At the collegiate level, he was the Hitting and Infield Coach at the University of La Verne from 2013 to 2015, mentoring players and enhancing their hitting and fielding skills.
Todd’s professional experience includes working as Hitting Coach with the Lake Elsinore Storm, the Class A affiliate of the San Diego Padres from 2010 to 2013. During his tenure, he contributed to the team’s success, including the High-A Championship in 2011.
With a strong commitment to athlete development and a comprehensive understanding of the game, Todd Hollins continues to be a trusted mentor and respected figure in the coaching community.
